Research ambition: (1) find an image of an Indian Diners Club card from the 1960s era, (2) find issues of Signature, the magazine Diners Club India published in the 1970s/80s, and (3) read every one of the 1,653 articles Parsiana’s site search returns for “diners club” and extract everything of value.
Both original quests largely succeeded inside Parsiana’s own pre-2000 PDF archive — details in §4 and §5.
"diners club" on parsiana.com were crawled by
replaying the ASP.NET postback form (crawl.py); links stored in links/links_all.tsv
(date, section, title, author, URL per row), split into 10 TSV chunks in links/.articles/ cache, one txt per article) and triaged each into:

The site search mixes issue-level matches, so 9 pre-2000 issues also contained the
term: 484 (Oct–Nov 1974), 493 (Feb–Jul 1977), 500 (May 1978), 510 (Aug 1980),
519 (Aug 1981), 646 (Apr 1987), 667 (Feb 1989), 673 (Aug 1989), 833 (Apr 2000)
(links/pre2000_issues.tsv). Each PDF was downloaded and fully OCR’d
(pdftoppm 150dpi + tesseract); every “diners” hit page was read and photographed in
images/. This is where the real treasure was — the modern HTML archive is very thin
by comparison (see §7 on why).

No digitised issue of Signature itself exists online (confirmed across archive.org, library catalogs, collectors). But the archive settles its entire history:
The founding contract — Parsiana issue 493 (Feb–Jul 1977), editorial p. 9

“in December, we signed an agreement with the Diners Club India Private Limited to publish their bi-monthly magazine, Signature. Negotiations began with Kali Mody and were finalized with the Aggarwal family, after Mody sold his major shareholdings to them.”
i.e. negotiations started with Kali Mody (pre-sale), agreement signed December 1976 with the Aggarwals post-takeover. Note on dating: the 2018 obituary says the Signature contract “was signed with the Aggarwals in 1977 after DC changed hands” — the discrepancy (Dec 1976 vs 1977) is presented here as documented; the 1977 editorial is the primary source.
What Signature was — the 1978 membership form (§2) states verbatim in its fine print:
“I wish to subscribe to Signature, the Diners Club magazine published bi-monthly” — Rs 124/yr, added to membership; Signature’s office address was the same as Diners Club’s: 50, Vir Nariman Road, Dady House, Bombay 400 023.
Signature’s first issue cover — “A creditable couple” (Parsiana, 21-Dec-2018,
Tier A, chunks/chunk_aa.md): Perveez Aggarwal helped produce the in-house
magazine in 1977 and “obtained a photograph of diamonds that graced the
cover of the first issue.”
Signature’s editorial home at Parsiana — “Mama’s métier” (07-Jul-2013, Tier A,
chunk_ai.md): Arnavaz Mama was “the only working mother at Parsiana and its
sister publication Signature” in the early 1980s; Jeroo Irani was managing
editor of Signature; Gustasp Irani had earlier been Parsiana’s managing editor.

Verdict: Signature (the Indian Diners Club house magazine) = bi-monthly, launched early 1977, first cover a diamonds photograph, produced and published for Diners Club India Pvt Ltd by Parsiana Publications under a December 1976 agreement, edited by Jeroo Irani, still running when Parsiana wrote about its staff into the 1980s.

The parsiana.com site search matches “diners club” very loosely — most result pages come from articles about other clubs (Parsee Gymkhana, Ripon Club, CCI, WZCC, Zonta…) or the word “diners” (people dining). Multiple chunks (ad, ae, and much of ab/ac/af) contain zero genuine Diners Club substance, verified by reading every article with any keyword hit (“Kali”→Kali Patel, “Mody”→Russi/Nawaz/Homi/Sir Homi Mody, “Signature”→whisky Derby/signature dishes/campaigns, “DBS”→many things, “charge”→”in charge”). The real material concentrated in: the 2003–2013 business obituaries and features (chunk aa), the Celebrations-Guide DBS ads (chunks ai/aj), and — decisively — the pre-2000 PDF issues themselves (§6).
